6. A brief descirption for each visa stamp whether it is an entry or an exit stamp and from which country
7. The original of a Degree in Pharmacy followed by all Mark Sheets starting from Year 1.
8. Certificate of Morality – It takes about 2 months to get that certificate. Applicants need, at least, to present a receipt that proves that they applied for a morality certificate at the police station of their locality in Mauritius. And once they received it they have to submit it by email to the Council within 7 days.

Only after completing this process can you schedule an appointment to meet the registrar in person. Please remember to bring both the original documents and a set of copies for verification purposes when you attend the appointment. Note that an application fee is applicable at the time of submitting your hard copies of the documents.

(f) I undertake to follow and complete a full year’s pre-registration training, or the balance thereof, at a pharmacy approved by the Council.
